VIP Dine 4Less Card Offer:  15% Off Entire Check and Priority Seating

Green Kitchen started its journey on July 10th, 2014 in Orlando, Florida. The inspiration came from chef Suely Fleury’s desire to offer clients a healthy, balanced and savory meal. The vision is to serve delicious, high quality dishes, incorporating organic and locally sourced ingredients to the best ability.

For Green Kitchen, taking care of people’s health is related to taking care of the planet – it’s all connected. That being said, it’s important to mention the restaurant’s role in educating people to make better decisions. Green Kitchen lives by its principles – the restaurant is located in a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building. This gives them the certainty that everything that went into constructing the location was focused on sustainability – such as water and energy savings.

Beyond this, the restaurant opted to use recycled and repurposed materials. For example, the furniture, plates and cups are all made of recycled materials, and repurposed bottles support the main counters. The little disposable materials that are used are also recyclables.

Seeking to educate everyone, Green Kitchen sponsors educational projects that offer lectures on healthy eating, sustainability and cultural events.
